Here at ACMA, we believe in giving back as much as we can
to the community.
One of our favorite causes is
GO! Ministries a non-profit outreach organization
founded by the founder of San Kil Tang Soo Do. GO!
Ministries serves orphans and needy people of Guatemala
with medical mission trips, karate mission trips, food
aid, humanitarian missions and more that all involve an
evangelical push to advance God’s Kingdom.
*In the 1990’s a civil war ended that resulted in half
of the Guatemalan population being under 19 years of
age.
How the program works is simple: A new student comes in our school and donates (tax deductible) $59.00 to the GO! Ministries. When they do, they receive 4 weeks of martial arts lessons as well as their own FREE martial arts uniform.
That’s it! No other costs or obligations. The classes and uniform are a
$100.00 value and the program is for both children and adults and can be purchased as a gift for another. In 2011 (vs. 2009) our goal is to raise a minimum of $5,000.00 and with your help we will surpass that!
